natural gas garage heater - your thoughts

Question:
considering having a natural gas heater installed in the garage (2-car).

which is 'better' - vented or vent free? there's a gas water heater and furnace in the garage, i'm assuming they could tap the garage heater vent into the existing vent, as well as the gas line?

if anyone has had this recently done, please reply with your experience and how much it cost - i prefer the blue flame vice the radiant type.

Answer:
Before "tapping in", the flue would have to be evaluated for its capacity. Ditto for the gas line. Might ask the gas utility for advice but I bet you're going to need professional evaluation
(for the job) and likely permits.
